Please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to add new products to our baby store.

Flying Dreams store accepts a variety of payment methods: Credit Cards, Bank Deposit, Direct Transfer, PayPal.

We accept VISA and MasterCard (including Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit).
How do I know that my Credit Card details are secure?
Credit card payment is processed by secure server. Flying Dreams baby shop does not store customer credit card details.
During payment process you are redirected to the safe area and returned back after successful transaction.
What shipping options are available?
All parcels in Flying Dreams store are shipped by express post Australia. You will be able to track your order and receive compensation of up to $50 from Australia post.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We charge $10.00 flat postage fee for any amount of baby products bought in our store. This offer is for one delivery address within Australia only.
When will I receive the products I ordered?
Your order will be shipped from Sydney. Delivery time can vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to ship out my order?
Flying Dreams ensures that your purchases are shipped out within 1 day of payment being received. All our items are in stock.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
As soon as your items have shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
If there is a problem, can I return a product?
If you wish to return purchased baby accessories to Flying Dreams store
we will offer you full refund (excluding postage fee) when:
You will contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning baby goods;
You return the item within 10 days of purchase;
The baby product is in its original packaging, including all accessories;
