Non-personalised items are shipped out within 1 day of payment being received via Express Post.

For personalised items, please allow an extra time for delivery. We would advise that if you require your order by a certain date to either email us at admin@flyingdreams.com.au and quote your order number, or specify in the Comments section during the checkout.

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the return of the product and replace instantly.
